ADMINISTRATIVE COORDINATOR We are looking for an Administrative Coordinator

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Request, monitor and ensure compliance with deadlines and quality standards of cleanliness and safety services;
  • To act as intermediary between the cleaning- and security services and the company;
  • Organize and manage work schedules of cleaning and security teams;
  • Ensure the cleaning of internal and external areas around the building and any other areas of the company;
  • To assess, control and enforce all building safety standards;
  • To ensure the least possible impact on the routine of residents and workers throughout the service provided;
  • Strive for compliance with respect to work safety standards;
  • Control the use of cleaning products per unit;
  • Check the supply of drinking water (* check other);

PATRIMONY

  • Manage and control the fixed assets of the GSO (cars, furniture and fixtures, machinery and equipment);
  • Control flow and storage location / installation of each item;
  • Ensure the organization and cleanliness of storage space;
  • Respect the responsible and appropriate use of property and equipment;
  • Respect the correct storage of any item;

STOCK OF CONSUMABLES MATERIAL

  • Control of incoming and outgoing material flow;
  • Control the level of inventory of consumables for replacement;
  • Create purchase orders for stock replenishment;
  • Ensure the Organization and Cleaning of space areas of Stock.;
  • Strive for the responsible use and appropriate stock products (Office supplies, cleaning products, etc.);
  • Strive for the correct storage of any item;;
  • Check the flow of material consumption, input and output;
  • Check the stock levels of materials for replacement;
  • Generate shopping demands for inventory replenishment;
  • Ensure the organization and cleanliness of stock spaces;
  • Respect the responsible use and adequate stock of products (office supplies, cleaning products, etc.);
  • Respect the correct storage of any item;

PURCHASING

  • Meet GSO needs;
  • Ensure compliance with the standards based on quotations purchasing strategies;
  • Interested suppliers;
  • Negotiate partnerships, pricing and payment terms with suppliers;/li>
  • To facilitate supplier relationships;
  • Issue purchase orders;
  • Set the delivery of goods and check delivery;
  • Evaluate suppliers;
  • Provide purchasing needs;
  • Control stock levels;
  • Minimum requirements (Education, Training, Experience, Other relevant knowledge):
  • Experience: 5 years in the oil and gas sector
  • Minimum Education: Bachelor degree in Management or similar
  • Languages: Portuguese and English required;
  • Substitute: Supervisors
